Restaurant POS system for dine-in, takeaway and delivery
Tables that merge and split, four tickets on one table, three kitchen stations firing in sequence, and a cash count at closing that actually balances. Built inside a working restaurant and now live in Pakistan and Australia, offline-first, so the awkward parts keep working when the internet does not.

The things that only matter in a full dining room
Any POS can sell a burger. Dine-in is harder: the bill changes shape while the guests are still sitting there.
Your real layout, with occupancy and elapsed time visible at a glance from the host desk.
Two couples join a party of six. Move the tickets, merge the tables, keep the kitchen view correct.
Grill, fryer, cold station and bar each get only their own items, on thermal tickets, the kitchen display, or both.
Delivery zones, rider assignment and settlements, plus Uber Eats orders landing straight in the kitchen.
Every one needs a reason and a permitted user, and every one appears in the audit log. No silent adjustments.
Open with a counted float, close with a counted drawer, and see the variance before anyone goes home.
One core for every dining room
Whatever the menu or the country, the parts that keep a restaurant honest are identical underneath, and none of them need the internet.
- Offline-first billing, the full backend runs inside your restaurant
- Kitchen display (KDS) and ESC/POS printers over USB, LAN or Bluetooth
- Recipe inventory that deducts at kitchen-send
- Loyalty, gift cards and customer credit
- Multi-branch dashboard, roles, permissions and audit logs
- Urdu, Arabic and English
"Split tickets, three stations and a khata regular at the same table used to be where every other POS fell over. Now it's just Tuesday, and it kept billing through the last two power cuts without anyone noticing."
Where are you trading?
The software is the same; the questions owners ask are not. Pick the guide written for your market.
Dine-in and delivery through load-shedding, khata regulars, restaurant billing software and the setup Flavourz runs at 1,000+ orders per branch a day.

Australia guide
What is a restaurant POS system?
The system that takes orders, sends them to the kitchen, manages tables and bills, and closes the cash drawer. A full restaurant POS also runs the kitchen display, recipe inventory, delivery and reporting in the same place.
Can one POS run dine-in, takeaway and delivery?
Yes. SureTill handles dine-in tables, takeaway and delivery in one queue, with delivery zones and rider settlements, QR table ordering, an online storefront and Uber Eats orders through the official Uber Eats API.
Does it keep working without internet?
Yes. Billing, kitchen tickets, the kitchen display and stock deduction all run on the server inside your restaurant, then sync to the optional cloud. Delivery-app orders need a connection to arrive.
Is there a guide for restaurants in my country?
Yes. The Pakistan restaurant guide covers load-shedding, khata and Urdu receipts; the Australian guide covers NBN outages, Uber Eats orders and remote setup. The core system is identical in both.
