SureCall picks up when your restaurant phone rings, talks the customer through the menu, takes the order and sends a payment link. Your staff accept or reject it on the POS, and the kitchen gets the ticket like any other order.
When a customer rings your number, or taps the voice button on your ordering website, SureCall greets them, answers questions about your menu and opening hours, and takes the order by voice. Prices always come from your live menu, so the assistant can never invent a price.
At the end of the call it creates a real order and sends the customer a payment link by WhatsApp or SMS. The order pops up on the POS for your staff to accept or reject, then follows the normal kitchen flow. Every call, outcome and transcript is logged so you can review what was said.
