Flavourz Restaurant, Cafe & Lounge

- Dine-in, takeaway and delivery with kitchen tickets per station
- Khata credit, WhatsApp reminders, Urdu printing
- Keeps billing through load-shedding and dropped lines

SureTill runs on a server inside your restaurant, so billing, kitchen printing and inventory keep running with zero internet, anywhere in the world. Built inside a real, working restaurant, not in a boardroom, and now running across two continents.

A power cut at 8:40pm. A fibre line dug up on a Saturday night. Your cloud POS shows a spinner and your floor manager starts writing orders on a notepad. Doesn't matter which country you're in, every restaurant owner knows that evening.
So-called "offline mode" caches a handful of actions and then gives up. Billing freezes, kitchen tickets stop printing, the kitchen goes blind.
A complete backend ships inside every terminal. Service continues for hours or days, then reconciles itself when the line returns.
Your terminals talk to a server inside the restaurant, not to the internet. The cloud is optional, a mirror for reporting and backup, never a dependency.
Take orders, print bills and KOTs, and drive the kitchen display. They find the in-store server on your network automatically.
Carries the full backend, local database and real-time server. Holds the branch's source of truth, deducts stock and keeps every terminal in step.
Local only, Cloud only or Hybrid. A central multi-branch dashboard and off-site backups. Turn it off and the restaurant keeps trading.
Built feature by feature against real service, not against a comparison spreadsheet.
The full backend runs inside your restaurant, on the desktop app or an in-store server. Zero internet, zero degradation.
Per-station routing to grill, tandoor, bar and bakery. Screens or thermal tickets, your call.
Ingredients deduct the moment an order reaches the kitchen. Wastage, batches, expiry, low-stock alerts.
Credit limits, prepaid wallets, printed statements, automatic WhatsApp balance reminders.
Each branch runs independently; one dashboard shows them all. Roles, permissions, audit logs throughout.
Delivery orders, zones and rider settlements sit alongside dine-in and takeaway, so every order is in one place. Learn more

SureTill integrates with Uber Eats through the official Uber Eats API, with production access for any restaurant. Connect your store once, and every Uber Eats order shows up in the same panel as your dine-in and takeaway orders, then prints to the right kitchen station.
Paper khata ends in disputes, a page missed, a figure smudged, a regular who remembers it differently. SureTill gives every credit customer a real account: a limit, a running balance, payments applied oldest-bill-first, and a printed statement whenever they ask.
Orders route to the grill, tandoor, bar or bakery the moment they're placed, on a kitchen display or as thermal KOTs, your call. Dine-in, takeaway and Uber Eats orders land in the same queue, and when the internet drops the kitchen keeps getting its tickets.
From a busy dine-in kitchen to a counter cafe, the same offline-first core adapts to your floor.
Floor plans, table management, KOT routing, dine-in / takeaway / delivery and recipe inventory for full-service kitchens.

"I bought the popular systems and watched each one fold, dead without internet, no idea what khata means, reports that never matched the cash drawer. So I built SureTill and ran my own restaurant on it before offering it to anyone else."
Since then, the same system has gone into production at a second, unrelated business on the other side of the world. Meadow Heights Lebanese Bakery, Melbourne, Australia, with no changes to the core it runs on.
Decisions made from behind a counter, not a roadmap.
Exportable always. Self-hosting available.
The whole point, not a fallback mode.
A one-time setup and training, then a flat monthly fee. Free trial, no card, no contract. Every restaurant is set up differently, so call or message us for a quote that fits your branches and terminals.
Something not covered? Ask on WhatsApp, you'll get a straight answer, not a sales script.
Yes. SureTill runs on a server inside your restaurant (an in-store server or the desktop app), so billing, printing, KDS and inventory carry on as normal when the internet drops. When the connection returns, data syncs to the cloud if you use it. Nothing is lost.
Yes. SureTill has production access to the Uber Eats API, so Uber Eats orders arrive straight in your SureTill panel and print to the kitchen like any other order. You accept, mark ready and manage the menu from SureTill, without a separate Uber Eats tablet. How the integration works
Almost certainly. SureTill drives standard ESC/POS thermal printers over USB, LAN or Bluetooth, with fully customisable templates for receipts, kitchen tickets and statements.
Yes, the interface and printed output support Urdu, Arabic and English, so your cashier and your customer can each read what they need.
A cloud POS keeps your data on someone else's server and needs a line to work. SureTill puts the whole system inside your restaurant, mirrors to the cloud only if you want it to, and can be self-hosted entirely on your own hardware. Your data is exportable at any time.
Yes. SureTill is already live in production in Australia as well as Pakistan. The core system, billing, KDS, inventory and offline resilience, is identical in both countries.
Thirty minutes, on a video call or in person at Flavourz in Lahore. We'll unplug the internet halfway through and keep taking orders, wherever you're calling in from.
